Account Log-in Instructions

Your User Name is the same as your prior Account Username, but without, "@oleanderpointe.com" or "@opca.us" after Your Name.

For Security, Passwords on the AT&T E-mail System must be at least six characters long and have at least one number.

So if your prior Password met these requirements no change was made and your Password is the same as it was.

If your previous Password was less than six characters or had no number it was changed by adding one or more 1's at the end of your previous Username to meet the requirement as folows:

• If your Password was six charactors or longer but had no number, "1" (one 1 was added).
• If it was five charactors even if it had a number, "1" (one 1 was added).
• If it was only four charactors, "11" (two 1's were added).

The following directions ONLY apply to those who are using E-mail software like Outlook, Thunderbird or other E-mail Clients.

• For incoming and outgoing server just use the website or domain name as explained below.
• For users with @oleanderpointe.com Accounts use www.oleanderpointe.com or oleanderpointe.com as the incoming and also the outgoing server.
• For users with @opca.us Accounts use www.opca.us or opca.us as the incoming and also the outgoing server.
• Make sure SMTP authentication is disabled for outgoing mail (No checkmark is disabled).
• Do not use secure password authentication (SPA) for incoming E-mail setup.
• Do not use encryption for incoming or outgoing email.

If you can Connect to the Internet but cannot send or receive OLEANDERPOINTE.COM or OPCA.US E-mail through the AT&T Service Call:

• AT&T E-MAIL CUSTOMER SERVICE: 1-888-WEBHOST (1-888-932-4678) AVAILABLE 24/7.
• Select option 3 for AT&T TECHNICAL SUPPORT, then option 1 for E-MAIL SUPPORT.
• Identify yourself by the domain (either oleanderpointe.com or opca.us) and your Username and confirm by the first four characters of your Password with AT&T.
